The Company’s Articles of Association is a controlled document. Do not distribute without permission.

งบการเงินประจ าปีของบริษัทจะต้องถูกจัดเตรียมและจะต้องได้รับการตรวจสอบ

โดยผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีภายในหกสิบ (60) วัน (หรือตามแต่คณะกรรมการจะมีข้อตกลง

เป็นอย่างอื่น) นับจากวันสิ้นสุดปีการเงินแต่ละปีของบริษัท และงบการเงินประจ าไตรมาส

ของบริษัทจะต้องถูกจัดเตรียมและจะต้องได้รับการตรวจสอบโดยผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีภายใน

สี่สิบห้า (45) วัน (หรือก่อนหน้านั้นตามแต่คณะกรรมการจะมีความเห็นเป็นอย่างอื่น)

นับจากวันสิ้นสุดไตรมาสแต่ละไตรมาสบัญชีของบริษัท งบการเงินภายในและงบการเงน

The annual Financial Statements of the Company shall be prepared and shall be

audited by the Auditor within sixty (60) days (or earlier as otherwise determined by
the Board of Directors) from the end of each fiscal year of the Company, and the

quarterly financial statement shall be prepared and shall be reviewed by the Auditor

within forty-five (45) days (or earlier as otherwise determined by the Board of
Directors) from the end of each fiscal quarter of the Company. All management and

audited accounts of the Company shall be presented to the Board of Directors for

review and approval.

เมื่อผู้ถือหุ้นที่เป็นนิติบุคคลรายใดร้องขอข้อมูลทางการเงินดังกล่าวของบริษัท ให้บริษท
จัดเตรียมข้อมูลทางการเงินดังกล่าว เพื่อให้ผู้ถือหุ้นรายนั้นสามารถจัดเตรียมบัญชีของตน

ตามหลักมาตรฐานการบัญชีสากล (IAS) และตามข้อก าหนดของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย

In the event that any corporate shareholders request financial information from the
Company, the Company shall provide the corporate shareholders with such financial
information that the corporate shareholders shall require to prepare its accounts in

compliance with IAS standards and the requirements of the Bank of Thailand and the
costs of such shall be for the account of the corporate shareholders who requested

for such information.
