                    the F&B offer served by caddies in the bays.

                  •  Golf clubhouse and Academy facilities. 206m². The Club has full access to the
                    Centre Food & Beverage facilities.


                  THE HOT SHOTS ACADEMY


                  John Harrison, distinguished PGA Professional golfer, Chairman of the NE&W PGA and
                  ex North region captain has agreed to manage and head up the Hot Shots Academy.
                  John was the head professional at Barnard Castle before taking on the role of developing
                  golf at the Matfen Hall estate in Northumberland and then taking the role of Director of
                  Golf and heading up the academy. He has now been in the role for over 25 years.

                  John has had a fantastic playing career highlighted by representing the UK and Ireland
                  in the PGA cup match against America. He has dominated regional golf for over 20 years
                  winning numerous tournaments. His reputation for teaching the game is unparalleled in
                  the region. He has coached elite players both locally and nationally on behalf of the
                  English Golf Union. He has also coached young golf professional players to numerous
                  European Tour wins. John’s Role will include:

                  •  Managing our team of PGA professionals.

                  •  Advising on retail.

                  •  Developing relationships with local golf organisations, schools and promoting
                    corporate golf.

                  •  Advising on the relationship between the Wallsend Golf Club and the Centre.

                  The Academy's contribution will be £71k per annum rising to £118k being 30% of the
                  revenue generated from golf lessons by the Centre’s accredited teaching
                  professionals. Interest has been received from a national brand sports retailer.
