             MANTRA




             1:  Anxiety siffens my emotional energies.

             2:  Anxiety depletes my mental capacity.

             3:  Anxiety arrives when I feel I have no control.

             4:  Anxiety  occurs  when  I  continue  to  focus  on  my

                 worries.
             5:  Anxiety directs me to engage with life.

             6:  Anxiety invites me to seek out new experiences.

             7:  Anxiety  lessens  when  I  embrace  life  is  for  me  and
                 never against me.

             8:  Anxiety  subsides  when  I  employ  deep,  conscious

                 breathing as a daily practice
