                                       MEDITATION



                                             SITALI PRANYAM





             Sit in a comfortable meditative posture with a straight spine. Curl the tongue up
             on the sides and protrude it slightly past the lips. Inhale deeply and smoothly

             through the rolled tongue and exhale through the nose. Continue for 5 minutes.

             Inhale, hold, pull the tongue in and relax. Then repeat for 5 more minutes.



             (Variations include: 2-3 minutes periods, and the practice of 52 breaths daily,

             26 in the morning and 26 in the evening.)
