                       Create a “user manual” that documents  your wants,  needs, and

                       approach as a leader in your organization.  Try to address everything
                       from which modes of communication you prefer to those things that
                       drive you absolutely “nuts.”  Think of such a manual as a means for

                       making your leadership more transparent in the organization.
