P. 24
Once you have found the puzzle box
Dumped haphazardly on the rocks,
Wade through time and tide for pieces
While their entropy increases.
No chisels chip away
The stone-deaf granite day;
The ringing blows they make
Move not a single flake.
What is that stumbling two-legged creature?
When you pair a pathetic fool with none
Other than himself to act as teacher,
It’s a peripatetic school of one.
