2. The Usage Gap: This is a reference to the differences
that exist between people in terms of the levels of skills
that they possess. There is a knowledge gap between
younger and older people when it comes to being able to
utilize the Internet effectively. The standard of education
that a person has access to is another factor that plays
a role in this. People who are younger and have more
education typically have more skills than people who are
older and have less education.
3. The Usability Gap: This one is a little complicated.
It is a reference to the myriad of methods in which
people utilize the Internet, as well as the fact that some
individuals are substantially better equipped than others
to derive the information they require from it.
Existing disparities in wealth and access to educational
opportunities, as well as prejudice based on gender, are
reflected in these skills and connectivity inequalities.
The digital gap also makes these differences worse by
preventing many people from accessing the information
they need to improve their living circumstances and break
out of the cycle of poverty in which they are trapped.

divide was interpreted as a result of the progression of
