                  online, they are more likely to come back to you again
                  and again.
                  There are many services available to help you do this,
                  including services that arrange online retail shipping,
                  services that allow customers to book appointments
                  with you using an automated calendar, and services
                  that coordinate local food delivery.
                  Your hours of operation should be listed so that
                  customers know when they can expect your business
                  to be open.
                  Your business phone number should be listed so that
                  customers can call you with questions.
                  If possible, an online live chat feature where customers
                  can ask questions quickly just by typing a message.
                  Some web hosts offer messaging services which will
                  direct these messages to an app on your phone so that
