customers know when they can expect your business
to be open.
Your business phone number should be listed so that
customers can call you with questions.
If possible, an online live chat feature where customers
can ask questions quickly just by typing a message.
Some web hosts offer messaging services which will
direct these messages to an app on your phone so that
you or your associates can text back promptly without
