At some point you will probably want to invest in
Search Engine Optimization to help you show up
higher in search engine results. However, this doesn’t
need to be done right away if search engine results are
not expected to be your major source of customers and
sales.
While you are making your website, it is a good idea
to also make a Google Maps profile for your business.
This profile will allow customers to find your business
if they are searching for products or services in your
industry near your geographic location. It will also
allow customers to leave and read reviews, and give
you a place to encourage people to post good reviews
of your business.

These are just a few features that are helpful to have on your
business website. None of them are legally required, but all of
them will help you to build and engage your audience and make
more sales.
There are many web hosts out there which offer different
benefits for different types of businesses. However, to be honest,
I recommend Squarespace, because it is affordable and makes it
fairly easy to incorporate all of these features into a beautiful-
looking website.

ness owners who are new to web design. If you already know a
lot about web design, you may have other preferences based on
hosts which will allow you more affordability or more flexibility
that you can make use of with your expertise.
