also how she is now willing to go anywhere the Lord chooses to take

her. Her whole vision for service has been expanded. It's not about her
ministry, nor her wishes, but all about His vision for the people of the

world.

Faraway fields and vineyards can be representative of those nations

where churches are still in need of the deeper teachings of God’s love,

mercy, grace, and power. They are God’s children, who do not yet fully
realize how precious they are to Him and how powerful their standing

is in Christ. God is calling His warrior Bride to a greater level of faith—
believing that because Jesus is a Victorious King, in Him, so are we!

He is calling us, in these days, to reign in the midst of our enemies. (See
Psalm 110:1 in the Passion Translation.) The Shulamite, now filled

with the blessed assurance of who her Bridegroom-King truly is,

wishes to be instrumental in helping to bring this about. During her
seasons of intimacy, her heart has been transformed, and it now beats

to the sound of His leading. This is a challenge to us all. We can no

longer afford to be settlers, but must remain alert and ready to go
wherever the Holy Spirit leads us.

As the world grows darker and opposition increases, we must be aware
of the truth of God’s Word to us in His Son, Christ Jesus. We need to

be transformed by the renewing of our minds as we meditate and learn
from the Word of God in the power of the Spirit. Romans 5:17 says:

“They which receive abundance of grace… shall reign in life.” This

reigning in life is not to be relegated to the unseen or the future—it is
