RADICAL LOVE

available now. It is meant to be our present experience. We are called

royal sons, kings, and priests. We are called to love, joy, faith, freedom,
and a consciousness of power and victory in Christ. We are called to

reign over our circumstances—even when we fall into temptation on
occasion and succumb to doubt, disappointment, or unbelief. God

knows the best plan for our lives.

Finally, we are called and equipped by the Holy Spirit to reign over our
souls (the fleshly life). And when we stumble, we must remember that

our loving heavenly Father is the God who says: “My mercies are new
every day, so rise up, daughter of Zion, shake off the dust, and come

boldly to My throne of grace, where you can find help in your time of
need.” We must never allow the enemy to bring us to the point of giving

possible. No striving, no self-effort, no sweating, and toiling—just

believing and receiving from the depths of the heart of Jesus. As we
follow the example of the Shulamite, we can see that she has indeed

done just that, and now, by His grace, she is ready to be poured out on
          behalf of others.

The cry has gone out from heaven for the Bride of Christ to lay hold of
this same grace and not give up until we are in full possession of it. An

old prayer reads like this: “God, give us the grace to see our need of
