RADICAL LOVE

and not works, that justifies us as sons of God and qualifies us to appear

boldly before God’s throne of grace.

At the time of writing this book, the Church found herself in a season

(the COVID pandemic) where the usual structures and methods of
“doing church” were halted. I fervently believe that the Lord used this

time to call His beloved Church back home—into intimacy, into His

          heart.

He desires a close relationship with us because He knows it is the only

way to blessed assurance: that Christ alone is our all in all. Only His
perfect love will cast out all our fear of the future and equip us for the

rocky roads that undeniably lie ahead for the Ecclesia of God. We are

now in the season of the Bride and the Bridegroom—a place in the

Healer, and Provider—but not really as the Bridegroom. And yet Christ

is coming back as a Bridegroom for His precious Bride, who has made

herself ready for Him (see Revelation 19:7). I know that this analogy is
very difficult for some men to stomach, but it is of vital importance that

they heed this call, as the Lord is wanting to love His men back to
          fervency and passion for Him.

This is why the subject matter of Song of Songs is becoming more
prevalent at this time. It concerns itself with the individual journey of

a believer—from desire into the depth of relationship. Each of us is
