For productivity take a 17 minute break
every 52 minutes, go outside, meditate,
brain dump thoughts, watch some funny
videos, take a 12-15 minute power nap.
Reading
Reading improves literacy, concentration,
and knowledge to name a few. It's an
awesome form of entertainment, can
improve knowledge, help us dream and
improve our situation(s). Tips: pick a
comfortable location with good lighting,
take notes, if needed, and set aside
specific times to read.
Shh, just tell the kids...it can improve
manual dexterity, problem solving, Video Games
imagination, and improves the brains
gray matter that controls our senses,
speech and decision making. Tips: Set
a time limit, control your emotions -
remember it's just a game and have fun.
