     Over 21%, or 1 in 5 adults, in the US experience mental illness.


     All  of  the  self-care  activities  we've  covered  will  help  with  your

     mental  health,  but  the  activities  we're  discussing  today  are


     specific in helping to break up the monotony of our day-to-day

     and  exercise  the  brain.  Like  our  muscles,  our  brain  needs


     regular exercise [and rest] to improve our daily functionality and

     reduce our risks for memory related illnesses. These activities


     help with enhancing our connective tissue between the neurons

     in the brain which help them react quickly and function better.
