Mindfulness
Mindfulness allows you to slow down to be
present and aware of what you're sensing or
feeling in any given moment. Tips: Start with
pleasantries vs crisis situations, there is no
way to fail, concentrate on your breath,
physically ground yourself - feet on floor,
hands on a surface (what do you feel?).
Visualization
Visualization is the practice of imagining
what you want to achieve in the future.
Tips: Be as detailed and specific as
possible - feelings, smells, colors, taste,
location, etc., and create time to visualize
as often as possible.
Inspired Action
Inspired action isn't planned, it comes
from a strong inner urge that will guide you.
Whether you read, get outside, do yoga,
call a friend, or work on a cause that's
important to you. Following through on the
urge will certainly bring you joy and could
ultimately help you manifest
