     Being organized is a major DEstressor.

     You have to find a system that works for you.


     For example, keep a checklist, or divide by

     purpose, function or color. Tips: declutter


     first, focus on one task at a time, take

     inventory, and keep things visible.






       Tackle a To-Do







                                    To-do's can become micro anxieties if you don't

                                    organize and manage them. Tips: add tasks as


                                    soon as you think of them, assign due dates,

                                    limiting yourself to completing 3-5/day, put eyes


                                    on it daily, add tasks - not goals, decide your

                                    system - app/paper. Apps to consider: Todoist,

                                    Things, or Google Tasks





                                                                      Safety/Security

     Personal safety and digital security

     are paramount forms of self-care for peace of


     mind. Tips: know escape route, take safety

     classes, have an ICE contact and home security


     system. Use secured WiFi, keep device anti-virus

     up to date, (organized) strong passwords, learn


     scams/be overly cautious.
