Declutter
Start small and keep the task manageable
by tackling a one space at a time. Sort -
throw away trash, remove donation items,
or items that belong elsewhere. Then
arrange what's left in a manner that
makes sense. Repeat for different areas.
Budget
Tracking your income and expenses will
empower you to be in control. A helpful
rule is 50/30/20 - 50% on dwelling and
necessities (like food, bills, healthcare),
30% on philanthropy and entertainment,
and 20% devoted to savings.
Reset Routine
Life can get wonky. Gain control with a
reset routine. Tips: pick a few specific self-
care activities that allow you to calm and
refocus. Set yourself up for success with
small wins (making the bed, dishes, respond
to a text/email, go outside for 5 minutes, etc.)
