Practical Self-Care
Practical Self-Care is for those who prefer real action over the
"woo-woo" types of self-care. They are often simple and realistic
tasks that are easy to tackle, but not always a top priority. These
tasks left undone are stressors, and when we're stressed our
body produces more cortisol to help us cope. Unfortunately,
high levels of cortisol wear our body down and open us up to
illness and potential injuries.
Types of Practical Self-Care: Benefits of Practical Self-Care:
Declutter Quality Sleep
Budget Reduce Stress

Reset Routine Mental Clarity
Tackle a "To-Do" Improved Immunity
