Relationships with others is one of the
greatest forms self-care. Sending a card or
writing a letter deepens your connection.
It lets them know they're thought of and
important to you. Knowing you'll brighten
their day can in-turn brighten yours.
Date Nights
Regularly scheduled date nights will deepen
your affection, help communication, build
confidence and foster gratitude for one another.
The same is true for a solo date night in how
you value and see yourself. Solo date ideas:
cooking class, museum, curl up with a good
book or movie, plan a vacation, etc.

friend. Reduce stress, decrease loneliness
or depression, lower cholesterol and blood
pressure, plus they help facilitate social
interactions and physical exercise.
