Scheduled Calls
Being intentional with the time you give
others will help foster relationships that
have strong bonds. A regularly scheduled
call with your mom or friend, for example,
is a great way to make one another a
priority.
Game Night
First and foremost, this is about having
fun. Choose a group of people that make
you smile and laugh; make you feel
relaxed and comfortable. You want
people that are excited and good sports
regardless of them winning or loosing.
Set Boundaries
Setting boundaries is valuable to our
mental health, stress levels and self-esteem.
Be clear on your values, beliefs, who you
are and what you want. Saying no, open
communication, honesty and consistency
are key. Remember saying "no" means
saying yes to something else.
