     Music has the ability to derail the


     stressors of everyday life. It's a form of

     therapy, and is proven to decrease anxiety,


     increase self-awareness, and overall

     mindfulness. Tip: pick music that encourages


     positive feelings and increases your joy.






  Magic Care Kit






                                     A Magic care kit is like a first aid kit, but for your

                                     soul. It should be filled with physical items that


                                     ignite your senses when you need an emotional

                                     pick-me-up. Consider using items that focus on


                                     all 5 senses: hear, see, smell, taste, touch.

                                     Examples: playlist, pictures/cards, essential oils,


                                     candy/gum, fuzzy slipper socks/stuffed animal




                                                                               Ask for Help


     Asking for help can look different for


     everyone. This could be help from a

     friend or family member, or more


     professional help from a coach,

     therapist, counselor, or spiritual mentor.
