Journaling is a habit that you make time

      for to help you explore your emotions                                       Journaling


      and feel through them. You want it to be a

      joy and not a chore to check off your to-do

      list. Don't over think, it's for your eyes only.


      Tips: schedule it into your day, set a timer,


      use journaling prompts, and be comfortable.

                                             Our reality and our dreams are only

                                             separated by our beliefs. Saying or reading

                                             positive statements helps us to believe and


                                             bridge the gap so our dreams can become

                                             a reality. Tips: use present tense, make


                                             them first person - begin with I am, I, me or

                                             my, be specific, keep them simple.











     There are 3 parts of gratitude.                               Practice Gratitude

     Recognition, acknowledgement,


     and appreciation. Tips: consistency is key,

     write down 1-3 things you're grateful for

     each day, then jot down a few reasons why,


     sit with those feelings for a few moments.
