     obvious, but the benefits of having a


     solid hygiene routine goes far beyond your

     own physical health. It also reduces


     the risk of spreading illness to others

     - see self-care is TOTALLY not selfish!





       Stay Hydrated






                                    You should be drinking 1/2 your body weight in

                                    ounces each day. Set yourself up for success


                                    by filling a glass the night before and don't get

                                    out of bed until it's gone. I recommend working


                                    yourself up to a 20oz start. You can also use an

                                    app or fun water bottle to help you remember


                                    to drink more.





                                                                     Try a New Recipe

     Proper nutrition means your body


     is getting all the vitamins, minerals,

     and nutrients it needs. Try a new recipe

     that is nutrient-rich, low in calories, and


     colorful. Healthy can be fun and simple.
