Adding Essential Oils

       Using essential oils to anchor in your


       thoughts is a powerful tool. There really is

       no right or wrong, but my personal favs are


       doTERRA Balance® Grounding Blend,

       Frankincense, Neroli or HI Sandalwood.






       Nature Walk








                                             Getting out in nature will give your senses


                                             a workout too, so you don't need to overdo

                                             it. I like to rub doTERRA Breathe® on my


                                             chest - it's opens up the airways and

                                             minimizes seasonal threats.








                                                                     Take a Power Nap
     Since you're only laying down for a


     short period of time there's really no

     need to get the diffuser going. I suggest a


     drop of doTERRA Serenity® on your pillow

     or bottom of your big toe, if your feet

     are exposed. This will help to eliminate the mental chatter as you


     relax and drift off.
