Meditation


       If you are new to meditating, here are a


       couple tips to help you be successful -

       start with a short session (2-5 minutes) or


       opt for a guided meditation. There are lots

       of apps and videos on YouTube.






       Nature Walk








                                              You know the health benefits of walking,


                                              but when you add nature into the mix, you

                                              can use all 5 senses. You'll help boost


                                              your immunity, improve your short-term

                                              memory, become more mindful, and

                                              foster gratitude.






                                                                     Take a Power Nap


     Napping too long can cause more

     harm, so tip #1 is to set an alarm. There


     are proven health benefits to a 10-20

     minute power nap. It takes practice


     until you're able to fall asleep, in the

     meantime just use the time to rest.
