               Standard Operating Procedure –  Admission and Enrollment Process
               Primary Responsibility: Associate Admission Officer

               Secondary Responsibility: Administrative Assistant

               Definition:  From time to time the University will outsource
               Purpose: To create a standardized process for the admission of students. The Admissions Committee will
               grant the final decision of the request.

               Time Frame: Requested at any time



               Application Process to Approval/Denial:


                         •The prospective student applies online (and in rare cases may be requested to apply via paper)
                Step 1


                         •Submission of all documents and application fees - Academic approves on Ujuzi - Admissions
                Step 2   •payment of application fees - Finance approves on Ujuzi - Admissions


                         •Admissions officer schedules applicant for interview via Ujuzi - Interview; automatic notification
                          sent to interviewer and student
                Step 3 •Admission officer schedule applicant interview via Skype and submit link to student via email

                         •Interviewers complete Admission Interview form on Ujuzi within 24 hours of interview
                Step 4   •Admission officer follow up with Interviewer  if form not submitted before deadline


                         •Admission Committee meet the Friday of the week of interview to confirm the reason for their
                          decisions. Admission Officer log the Admission Committee meeting. Management receives copy of
                Step 5  Admission Committee decison within 5 dayss of the meeting


                         •Management Approve or Disapprove of Applicant. A Letter of Acceptance (LOA) or Letter of Denial
                Step 6    (LOD) is automatically sent to student.
