Acceptance to Enrollment:
•When applicant receives a LOA they can automatically click on registration button which confirms their acceptance of
the offer
Step 1
•Student receives an email from Admissions on their new email account and an admission survey link.
•Student receives an email from Finance with the invoice for Registration, Tuition and associated fees for year 1
•Student receives an email from Academics on any outstanding document required
•Student receives an email from IT on how to use the Management system and other IT services.
Step 2 •Student receives an email from Student Affairs on the services offered and links to the Academic Catalog and Student
Handbook
• Student Receives an email from Admin office with a student contract to be signed and return vis smallpdf
•Processing of visas: Student make submission of application form and the Administrative office assist in processing via
Guyana Immigration Office (see SOP for Visa Processing)
Step 3
•Student who completed Financial obligations receives an email on Orientation date and time from Student Affairs
office.
