                                                     BENEFITS



               GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS

               The following is an overview of the group health insurance coverage that is available to eligible
               employees of Mission under the Mission-sponsored group health plan. Specific information on
               eligibility  requirements,  the  benefit  plans  and  the  cost  of  coverage  will  be  made  available  to
               employees at the time of enrollment and annually thereafter at the time of open enrollment. Once
               a benefit election is made, employees may only enroll in or make changes during open enrollment,
               unless the employee experiences a life changing event. During a life changing event, employees
               may add, change or delete coverage, but such changes must be made within thirty (30) days of the
               life  changing  event  date.  Employees  are  solely  responsible  for  ensuring  the  correct  insurance
               choices are made.

               The information provided below is a brief summary of the respective benefits. The actual benefits
               are subject to and are governed by the terms of official benefit plan documents. Mission reserves
               the right to amend, modify or terminate the benefit plans at any time. When changes are made,
               Mission will make every effort to provide advance notice, whenever possible and as contemplated
               by applicable law.

               Medical/Dental/Vision: Medical/Dental/Vision insurance is available to full-time and part-time
               employees. If an employee is hired on the first day of the month, then the employee and his/her
               dependents will be eligible to participate in the benefit plans on that same day. If an employee is
               not hired on the first day of the month, then the employee and his/her dependents will not be
               eligible to participate in the benefit plans until the first day of the month immediately following
               the  month  in  which  the  employee  is  hired.  Specific  coverage(s)  are  enumerated  in  the  plan
               summary provided to enrolled employees.

               Short-Term Disability: Short-Term Disability is a Mission paid benefit and is available to full-
               time employees only. It provides the insured employees with partial replacement of lost income
               during periods of short-term disability resulting from accidental injury or illness. Please refer to
               the Plan Document for details.

               Long-Term Disability: Long-Term Disability is a Mission paid benefit and is available to full-
               time employees only. It provides the insured employees with partial replacement of lost income
               during periods of long-term disability resulting from accidental injury or illness. Please refer to
