Eligibility:
                   ➢  The employee must have worked for Mission for a minimum of six (6) months;
                   ➢  The employee must have exhausted all PTO; and
                   ➢  The employee has NOT received any corrective action in the prior six (6) months.

               Duration:
               If approved, Mission may provide an unpaid Personal Leave of absence from work for up to
               thirty (30) days per a 12-month rolling backward period.

               Management Rights:
               Although Mission will generally make every attempt to approve a request for a Personal Leave of
               absence from work, Mission reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make decisions in the best
               interests  of  Mission.  Nothing  in  this  Personal  Leave  Policy  alters  the  employment  at-will
               relationship between Mission and the employee, nor does it create an expressed or implied contract
               between employees or Mission for a specified period of employment.

               It  is  the  responsibility  of  the  employee  and  his/her  supervisor/manager  to  notify  the  People
               Operations Department regarding any employee communication pertaining to leave requests.

               MILITARY LEAVE OF ABSENCE

               Mission  is  committed  to  protecting  the  job  rights  of  employees  absent  on  military  leave.  In
               accordance with federal and state laws, it is Mission’s policy that no employee or prospective
               employee will be subject to any form of discrimination on the basis of that person’s membership
               in or obligation to perform service for any of the Uniform Services of the military of the United
               States. Specifically, no person will be denied employment, reemployment, promotion or other
               benefit of employment on the basis of such membership. Furthermore, no person will be subjected
               to retaliation or adverse employment action because such person has exercised his/her rights under
               the applicable law or Mission policy. If any employee believes that he/she has been subjected to
               discrimination in violation of a Mission policy, then the employee should immediately contact the
               head of the People Operations or his/her designee.

               Employees taking part in a variety of military duties are eligible for benefits under this policy.
               Such military duties include leave of absence taken by members of the Uniform Services of the
               military of the United States, including National Guard members and Reservists, for training,
               periods of active military service and funeral honors duty, as well as time spent being examined to
               determine fitness to perform such service. Subject to certain exceptions under the applicable laws,
               these benefits are generally limited to five (5) years of leave of absence.

               Employees requesting leave for military duty should contact the People Operations Department as
               soon as they are aware of the need for leave and submit to the People Operations Department a
