               Attachment: ATPA Public Outreach - Definitions


               Public Outreach for the purpose of this document is defined as the act of distributing educational
               material to inspire change and reactiveness among communities (social groups, neighborhoods, cities,
               counties, states, countries).


               Campaigns are defined as the collection of media material a focused centralized theme and the series of
               actions to distributing this material to a defined audience.

               The audience is defined as a focal group to whom the ATPAs are wanting to communicate with and
               inspire change and reactiveness.  This can be broken down into demographic groups, regions, ages, and
               genders.


               Media - Media is defined as an article, photo or graphic art image, press release, or video to convey a
               message.


               Media platform- is defined and the outlet in which a message can be shared with a defined audience.
               Such examples include news broadcast, newspaper, billboards, social media, email campaign
               (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/LinkedIn).


               Analytics - Metrics use to measure the effectiveness of a distributed method on any particular media
               platform.


               Views - the number of times a page has been viewed.


               Reach - most often an estimate of the number of people who may have seen a particular post.


               Engagement - the quantitative number of like, share or click.
