The Director of Curriculum and Data

Working with Dr. Bournés and Loyola University, we are providing opportunities for our staff to
become adjunct professors. We will review the applications and determine the next steps with
               Loyola.

The Instructional Framework Committee has finalized a model and presented it to DLT. Using the
feedback from DLT, the model was updated and sent back for decisions on the next steps and
               communication.

Working with Dr. Bournés and the Association, the Service Learning committee finalized the
expectations and submitted the expectations to DLT.

Working with Dr. Bournés, we are finalizing the IB staffing. The work continues with
implementation, programming, short-term, and long-term planning. We have reached out to our
feeder schools to identify families interested in participating.

As we continue to strengthen our partnership with Governor State University, work continues to
create a computer science endorsement path for our staff in alignment with ISBE’s standards. We
have submitted the Computer Science for All grant and are awaiting a response from the National
Science Foundation. If approved, work will begin in finalizing the course sequence and
               expectations for endorsement.

Working with Ed. Services and the association, we are developing a Flex-Mod Users Guide to
explain the objectives, language, and framework of Flex Scheduling.
