               Star Academy


                  1.  18 Students Complete Graduation requirements

                  2.  As reported by Ms. LaShanna Clark, School Counselor, 18 of the 80 students below
                      received remediation through the Star Academy program and earned the required credits to
                      graduate from Rich South H.S. These students were identified and enrolled in the program,
                      based on the challenges that were impeding their progress towards graduation.

                  3.  Overall, the Star Academy program has proven to benefit students that struggle due to the
                      adverse circumstances that have confronted them. With 14 of the 18 students having plans
                      to continue their education, one accepted to 4 different colleges, and another joining the
                      U.S. Armed forces, the cohort and the program have shown promising success.
