pick up their equipment. The pickup location is Rich Central, with curbside pickup between the
hours of 10:00 am and noon. In addition to today, another pickup is scheduled for next week
Tuesday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
The technology department will be working to generate a request for a proposal from low-voltage
vendors to install the necessary card swipes for the ScholarChip software in the classrooms.
The technology department is in the process of gathering all of the Chromebooks and carts from
Central and South classrooms. The Chromebooks and carts will be moved to East for a complete
evaluation, cleaning, and final preparation before they are redeployed to students in the fall for the
1:1 device initiative.
Various virtual meetings continue to be conducted, including master schedule, campus
consolidation, and online registration.

The May 2020 financial data has not been closed in time for this summary.
The preliminary financial audit is scheduled to begin June 22, 2020 – June 26, 2020.
As of June 10, 2020 the vouchers awaiting processing by the controller totals $827,702.16 for
FY20. It is expected that these payments will be received by June 30, 2019.
A draft of preliminary tax agency reports was released. The reports are attached for your
convenience. The reports are based in the levy information that was approved in December 2019
and the abatement approved in March 2020.
