will begin mid-October
New IB teachers will attend mandatory training and begin to implement the Middle Years Programme

philosophy in grades 9 & 10; write Diploma Programme course curriculum grades 11 & 12 , immediately

 Work with Director of Curriculum and Data to establish student performance tracking system to
compare impact and effectiveness of our current programs and offerings against high school
readiness per feeder school.
 Engage with District 159 regarding an articulation agreement for Middle Years Programme Year
2&3 students
 Conduct a round table conversation regarding an Early High School Program for 7 and 8 graders
