Fantastic Experience for Students of the School of Hospitality, ITE College West
NYAA provided a group of 80 students from the ITE
College West, School of Hospitality, the opportunity
to showcase their skills at the St. Gallen Symposium
Singapore Hub event in May 2021. World-renowned
Chef Mattes Pertoldi, Founder of Atipico’s fine food
and hospitality, trained the ITE students. The ITE
students made ITE, NYAA and Singapore proud of their
excellent services to the VIP guests at the two-day
event held at UBS University Campus in Singapore.
Minister for Transport, Mr Ong Ye Kung, congratulated
the ITE students for making Singapore proud.
In July 2021, at the ITE College West Campus, St.
Gallen Foundation and NYAA presented a Certificate
of Appreciation to all the students and Lecturers
to show their appreciation. In addition, the Chief
Executive Officer of the St. Gallen Symposium, Mr Beat
Ulrich, congratulated and thanked the ITE students
for their excellent service during the 50th St. Gallen
Symposium Singapore Hub through a pre-recorded
message shown at the Appreciation Ceremony.
Million Dollar Round Table Life Member
Ms Jacqueline Koh, Director, Financial Services and
Private Wealth Consultant, Prudential Singapore and
NYAA Gold Award holder (1995 Cohort), served as
an active member of the Prudential Corporate Social
Responsibility Committee and was involved in many
key charity projects in 2021.
She also served as a Singapore Chinese Girls’ School
(SCGS) Parent Advisory Committee Member. NYAA
is encouraged members of the NYAA Gold Award
holders Alumni (GAHA) are giving back to society.
