Since 1976 Mr. Miller has been the President and Treasurer of Miller Engineering & Testing, Inc. Today,
with thirty years of service to the construction industry, Mr. Miller has drawn upon his experience in soil,

concrete, asphalt, structural steel testing and the highly diversified professional staff to create a full
service firm responsive to the needs of the construction industry.

Executive Vice President

Mr. Miller is a principal and Executive Vice President of Miller Engineering & Testing, Inc. In this capacity he is
responsible for coordinating engineering and testing activities, in addition to regularly managing individual
geotechnical engineering projects. Mr. Miller has been employed by Miller Engineering & Testing, Inc. since
1981, and has been involved with numerous major commercial, industrial and residential projects. He also has
provided consultation to other engineers and contractors to achieve cost effective foundation designs.
