Kenneth W. Milender, P.G., P.E.
Senior Geotechnical Engineer

EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Milender brings his 30+ years of experience in the applied geosciences as a Senior Geotechnical
Engineer and Senior Geologist. He is responsible for planning and managing geotechnical projects, and the
environmental aspects of redevelopment projects that require multidisciplinary expertise. He plans and
performs subsurface exploration programs, construction inspections, foundation analyses (bearing capacity,
settlement, liquefaction, and seismic issues), and pavement section designs.
As our Senior Environmental Engineer, Mr. Milender also performs Phase I and II Environmental Site
Assessments and Part 58 Environmental Assessments (for HUD and NHHFA financing), oversees contaminated
soil removal and disposal, maintains client compliance with groundwater management permits, and plans and
manages Brownfields investigations.
