David R. Ray
               Senior Geoenvironmental Scientist/Geologist

               Mr.  Ray  has  decades  of  professional  practice  in  a  diverse  array  of  the  environmental  and  geological
               industries.    Mr.  Ray’s  background  includes  hydrogeological  investigations;  Phase  I  Environmental  Site
               Assessments; environmental due diligence and compliance; permitting; and managing projects, budgets, and
               clients.    He  has  implemented  and  designed  a  variety  of  soil  and  groundwater  remediation  plans  for
               petroleum and hazardous waste releases at commercial and industrial facilities, active mine sites, crude oil
               storage  and  processing  facilities,  municipal  landfills,  and  in  bedrock  aquifers.    In  a  departure  from  his
               environmental and contamination evaluations, Mr. Ray has also conducted water-supply investigations for
               municipal  public  water  systems.   Dave  has  also  provided  expert  witness  testimony  and  litigation
               support in geology and contaminant hydrogeology issues.

               Gerald N. Gendron
               Senior Staff Engineer

               Mr. Gendron has been employed by Miller Engineering & Testing, Inc. since 1994.  In his position as Senior
               Staff  Engineer,  Gerry  has  been  in  charge  of  our  Pavement  Section,  which  is  responsible  for  inspecting,
               designing, and reconstructing pavements.  In the past few years, he has overseen 5 to 7 million square feet of
               new asphalt pavements which have chiefly been parking lots for “Big Box” retail stores, and roadways and
               parking areas for condominium associations and urban/suburban streets.  Occasionally, Gerry is called on to
               provide testimony for disagreements over pavement design and construction.
