EXPERIENCE
Mr. Kevan is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all engineering projects in our Bedford office.
As a Project Supervisor in the firm’s civil engineering division, Mr. Kevan is responsible for the supervision
and engineering design of land development projects. He has over 30 years experience in the planning and
design of development, from the conceptual phases to final permitting to construction inspection. He is well
versed in the permitting process on the local, state and federal levels.
Selected project experience includes:
• MHRA, Benoit Apartments, Manchester, NH: Project Manager for the topographic survey and
site design for drainage improvements at MHRA existing apartment complex with associated
parking, drainage and utility services.
• MHRA, South Main Street Apartments, Manchester, NH: Project Manager for the boundary,
topographic and ALTA survey, civil/site engineering, and permitting for the construction of a
new 20-unit residential development with associated parking, drainage and utility services.
• The Bowman at Goffe Mill Plaza, Bedford, NH: Project Manager for the revised site plan and
permitting for a 133 unit multi-family residential building returning to Planning Board for approval
of final architecture and site adjustments. Responsible for revisions of site layout and drainage to
accommodate a revised building footprint, local permitting, and SWPPP.
• Abingdon Square Workforce Housing, Goffstown, NH: Project Manager for the civil/site design,
permitting, land survey, and landscape architecture for a 25-unit townhouse workforce housing
project with NeighborWorks Southern NH.
• Hidden Pond Workforce Housing, Amherst, NH: Project Manager responsible for the civil/site
design, permitting, landscape architecture, and construction phase services for a 28-unit townhouse
workforce housing development with NeighborWorks Southern NH.
• Housing Initiatives, Milford, NH: Project Manager for the Civil/site design and permitting for the
expansion to an existing affordable independent elderly housing facility located in a former “mill”
building. Site design included expansion of building and parking, grading and drainage, utility
services and landscaping.
• The Village at RiverMead, Peterborough, NH: Project manager for the civil/site engineering and
permitting services for an expansion of the RiverMead LifeCare community near downtown
Peterborough. Also planned within the campus are ten cottages style residences with attached
garages for independent living.
• Monadnock and Kingston Hall Dormitories, Southern NH University, Hooksett/Manchester,
NH: Project Manager for two new 100,000sf dormitories at Southern New Hampshire University.
TFMoran provided survey, permitting, civil/site engineering, landscape architecture services, and
construction phase services.
• Saint Anselm College, Manchester, NH: Project manager for civil/site design and permitting for
multiple dormitories on campus, including a new 3-story 47,000sf 150-bed residence hall.
