Survey Project Manager
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Mertsch serves as Survey Project Manager for TFMoran, Inc. His experience includes proposal
preparation to field operations, research and boundary determinations. Mr. Mertsch has over 34 years of
experience in all aspects of land surveying from field procedures to departmental management.
Selected project experience includes:
• MHRA, Benoit Apartments, Manchester, NH: Topographic survey and site design for drainage
improvements at MHRA existing apartment complex with associated parking, drainage and utility
services
• Abingdon Square Workforce Housing, Goffstown, NH: Boundary, topographic, and wetland
survey for a 25-unit townhouse workforce housing project with NeighborWorks Southern NH.
Abingdon Square is a multi-phase mixed use development consisting of a Rite Aid Pharmacy, a
Franklin Savings Bank, and multiple multifamily housing developments.
• Monadnock and Kingston Hall Dormitories, Southern NH University, Hooksett/Manchester,
NH: Boundary, topographic, wetlands survey and construction layout for two new 100,000sf
dormitories at Southern New Hampshire University. TFMoran provided survey, permitting, civil/site
engineering, landscape architecture services, and construction phase services.
• Catholic Medical Center Expansion / Rite Aid Pharmacy, Manchester, NH: Boundary and
topographic land survey and construction layout for the multi-phase hospital expansion and
design of a new Rite Aid Pharmacy.
• St. Mary’s Bank Headquarters, Manchester, NH: Boundary and topographic land survey and
construction layout for a new three-story, 27,500sf headquarters for St. Mary’s Bank, the nation’s
first credit union. The historic bank has been located on the west side of Manchester for over 100
years in a busy shopping center.
• NeighborWorks Southern NH ALTA Surveys, Manchester, NH: ALTA surveys for multiple
in-city Manchester multifamily buildings for NeigborWorks Southern New Hampshire for
refinancing of their existing residential portfolio.
