Senior Structural Engineer
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Lamb serves as a Senior Structural Engineer for TFMoran, Inc. and has 16 years of experience in
structural design, analysis, and construction administration of residential, public and commercial buildings
throughout New England.
Selected project experience includes:
• Harriman Workforce Housing, Wolfeboro, NH: Project engineer for the structural design for Phase I
and Phase II of this workforce housing project. Both phases included six multi-family buildings with a
total of 48 rental units. The buildings included one, two and three bedroom units. Design included timber
frame construction with shear wall systems.
• Ivory Keys Affordable Apartments, Leominster, MA: Project Manager for the structural design and
construction phase services for the renovation of an historic timber framed mill building. The building
required extensive assessment and structural repairs to convert the four-story mill into 43 modern
affordable rental units.
• The Ridge at Eastern Trails Apartments, Milford, NH: Project Manager for structural design and
construction phase services for a 9-building residential complex with a total of 124 units consisting of
studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units.
• Longview Place, Hampton, NH: Project engineer for the structural design of two new three-story,
27,000sf, 24-unit residential buildings. The garden-style condominium building was constructed of timber
framing on concrete foundations. TFM worked closely with the architects to meet the owner’s needs for
an accelerated design schedule on the project.
• Woodview Cottages at Woodland Pond, Manchester, NH: Project engineer for the structural design of
multiple new 10,000sf, 5-unit residential town house buildings. The buildings were constructed of wood
framing on concrete foundations.
• Private Residence, Deering, NH: Project engineer for the structural design of three-story private
residence with garage. Project featured monumental stair at the interior and large cantilevered deck at the
exterior. The majority of the project was timber framed construction with concrete foundations. TFM
worked closely with the architects to meet the owner’s needs for this custom residence.
• Bowers Brook, Harvard, MA: Project engineer for the structural design of a new multi-tenant senior
housing building. The three story 50,000sf structure was constructed of timber framing on concrete foundations.
• Gatehouse 75, Charlestown, MA: Project engineer for the structural design for a five-story, with
basement, multi-family residential building. The building includes five above-grade residential levels and
one below-grade parking levels with a total building size of approximately 154,00sf. The building was
constructed of concrete and steel framed lower levels and wood framed upper levels. TFM worked
closely with the architect and construction company on this design build project.
• Trinity College Dormitories, Hartford, CT: Project engineer for the structural design of five three-
story wood framed buildings each approximately 8000sf. These buildings featured a modular type
construction in which the buildings were constructed in segments off-site. The segments were then
shipped to the job site and erected rapidly to minimize on-site construction time.
