MICHAEL S. KRZEMINSKI, PLA

               EXPERIENCE
               Mr. Krzeminski joined TFMoran, Inc. in 1995 as an Assistant Land Planner/Designer and is now a key
               member of the TFM Design team. He has an extensive knowledge of plant materials and design principles,
               which enables him to creatively solve design problems. His role at TFMoran starts at the conceptual stage
               and continues through project completion. Mr. Krzeminski is responsible for planting plans, specifications
               and construction overview. His experience includes high-quality conceptual designs and renderings of
               commercial, industrial, and residential developments.
               Selected project experience includes:
                   •  Abingdon Square Workforce Housing, Goffstown, NH: Responsible for landscape architecture
                       design for a 25-unit townhouse workforce housing project with NeighborWorks Southern NH.
                   •  Hidden Pond Workforce Housing, Amherst, NH: Responsible for the landscape architecture,
                       and construction phase services for a 28-unit townhouse workforce housing development with
                       NeighborWorks Southern NH.
                   •  MHRA, Benoit Apartments, Manchester, NH:  Responsible for landscape architecture for the
                       site plan for drainage improvements at the existing MHRA apartment complex on Tarrytown Road.
                   •  Bowman  Place at Olde Bedford,  Bedford,  NH:  Responsible  for  the conceptual design and
                       landscape architecture services for a new 150-bed, 3-story senior living facility.
                   •  Woodmont  Commons  Mixed  Use  Development,  Londonderry,  NH:  Responsible  for  the
                       landscape architecture for 600-acre mixed use development off I-93 Exit 4.  The development
                       includes retail stores, restaurants, office space, and multifamily housing units.
                   •  Campus  Quad, Southern NH University,  Manchester/Hooksett, NH:  Responsible for the
                       conceptual design and landscape architecture services to convert an existing parking lot into a
                       traditional Quad in the center of campus.
                   •  Kalivas Park, City of Manchester, NH:  Assisted  with the overall design, planting plan and
                       graphics for this park revitalization project.
                   •  Derryfield  Park,  City  of  Manchester,  NH:  Responsible  for landscape  architecture  for park
                       revitalization project.
                   •  St. Mary’s Bank Headquarters, Manchester, NH: Responsible for landscape design for a new
                       three-story, 27,500sf headquarters for St. Mary’s Bank, the nation’s first credit union.
                   •  Riverwalk at Bedford, Bedford, NH: Responsible for conceptual site design, landscape design
                       and presentation graphics for 90 Elderly units.
                   •  French-Atwood Marketplace, Bedford, NH (PlanNH Merit Award): Responsible for conceptual
                       site design,  landscape design and  landscape installation  supervision including a Grass-paved
                       parking lot.
