         PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
         Ms. Forsythe has been a senior project manager at RPF Environmental since 2000. Her responsibilities involve
         environmental health and safety consultant services for clients throughout northern New England including
         educational systems, government, industrial sites, health care, and general construction settings. Routine duties
         include conducting indoor air quality surveys and assessments, hazardous material control projects, remediation
         project monitoring and clearance testing, performing asbestos NESHAP surveys and AHERA re-inspections, client
         safety monitoring, preparing and conducting health programs and training, performing optical microscopy
         analysis, and assisting clients with lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments, as well as OSHA and EPA
         based lead testing.

         Ms. Forsythe manages environmental health and safety projects on sites that are undergoing various forms of
         asbestos and lead abatement. She has served in on-site roles such as property owner's representative, OSHA
         competent person, industrial hygienist, inspector, risk assessor, regulatory liaison, and project monitor. Ms.
         Forsythe has been involved in abatement projects from initial site surveys to final clearance inspections. She was
         responsible for designing numerous abatement and O&M programs for properties with lead-based paint. As a
         project manager of several prominent asbestos and lead abatement sites, she completed removal estimations for
         clients’ budgetary purposes, prepared abatement specifications, bid and contract documents, conducted
         contractor proposal invitations and site walks, and reviewed submitted contractor documentation for project
         compliance and closure purposes.

         Ms. Forsythe has also assisted in environmental health and safety training classes over the past several years with
         clients such as St. Paul’s School, University of New Hampshire, Park Construction, Freudenberg NOK, North
         Andover Schools, Easter Seals, Sunapee School District, Allenstown School District and many others.

         An area of specialty service for Kara has been to help school systems throughout New England manage their EPA
         and state compliance programs for 40 CFR Part 763 (AHERA).
