5.2 Measurement

Numerical scores for each audit, as well as the number and severity of non-compliances and
conformities shall be recorded.

Progress against agreed actions to address areas of non-compliance and non-conformity shall be
measured.

5.3 Reporting

Group Companies shall report the following to Group monthly:

 The number of spot checks planned and undertaken each month
 Spot check audit scores
 The number of vehicle maintenance audits planned and undertaken each month
 Vehicle maintenance audit scores and the number and severity of non-compliances
 The number of maintenance facility (workshop) audits planned and undertaken each month
 Maintenance facility (workshop) audit scores and the number and severity of non-
compliances
 Number of peer review audits planned and undertaken
 Peer review audit scores and the number and severity of non-compliances
 External audit scores and the number and severity of non-compliances

Group Companies are required to determine the frequency and arrangements for these to be
reported and reviewed internally.
