3 Scope

This Global Maintenance Standard Specifically applies to:

3.1 Group Companies associates and partners

● All Group companies which require vehicle cleaning services.

● All vehicles operated by Group companies. This includes all vehicles whether cleaned by
Group companies, or by third party contractors.

● All companies that are added to the group must be integrated into this standard and comply
to the same level.

● Third party contractors. In those cases where the use of third-party vehicles is required for
the normal provision of the service, they must comply with the requirements of this
standard.

3.2 Cleaning staff

This cleaning standard must be fulfilled by all cleaning staff, whether they are the company's own
resources or placed at the disposal of the group by an external cleaning supplier.

If the cleaning service is performed externally by suppliers outside the organization, providers shall
be contracted to meet the standards described herein.

All staff shall be adequately trained to perform their tasks in line with this standard. In the case of a
contracted service it shall be the task of the contracted service provider who is responsible for
informing and carrying out the training of its maintenance staff in line with this standard.

4 Objectives

● To specify to Group companies common approaches and criteria for the management of
cleaning to vehicle.

● Standardization and homogenization of processes between Group Companies.
