5  Requirements





        5.1        Global Cleaning requirements




        5.1.1  Principles

        Each  Group  company  must  define  a  schedule  of  cleanliness  vehicle  to  provide  assurance  that
        adequate arrangements are in place for the cleaning of the vehicles.

        This standard defines the requirements that must be fulfilled to achieve the specific internal and
        external vehicle cleanliness by all Group Companies. Moreover, this standard sets a minimum level
        of quality that must be satisfied to achieve the objectives of this standard.

        In  this  standard,  the  main  characteristics  of  both  internal  and  external  cleaning  of  vehicles  are
        defined.  The  characteristics  of  auxiliary  cleaning  services  may  include  in  certain  centres,  the
        cleaning of engines (according to requirements without material means), fuel dispensing service,
        exterior  cleaning  single-brush  service,  supply  of  fuel  /  refuelling,  landscaping  services,  laundry
        services (curtains, cleaning and ironing of uniforms).

        The  equipment  necessary  for  the  performance  of  the  services  performed  by  third  parties  must
        assume these risks and the inherent costs thereof (damages and losses produced), and must ensure
        the liability that could be incurred for damages to things or people, must subscribe and maintain in
        force the insurance of circulation in accordance with the current regulations.

        The consumable material must be approved and comply with the standard and homogeneity for the
        provision  of  the  service.  This  material  must  comply  according  to  what  is  established  in  the
        regulations in force of homologation in each country to be in good condition for the realization of the
        services, a replacement planning will be established on the consumables.

        5.1.2  Process



        In this standard the different types of cleaning to be applied are detailed, whether they relate to
        exterior or interior cleaning of the vehicle and / or specific cleanings. All cleaning specifications must
        detail the content of daily, weekly and monthly plans or any other periods of cleaning tasks.

        Cleaners will be required to read, understand and acknowledge these specifications to ensure they
        are fully aware of the required standards.


        Machinery and Cleaning Products:


        The products, tools and machinery necessary at all times for the proper development of the activity
        must be available.
