Weekly Cleanliness Routine - Urban
The following is the minimum cleaning specification which all vehicles must undergo on a weekly
basis in addition to those tasks to be undertaken daily:
Mop all floor surfaces and ramps
Remove all dust from the seats
Clean seat backs
Remove graffiti as required
Wipe panels, flat surfaces, all glazing, windscreens, paper trays, hand rails and bell pushes.
Cleaning of cabin or screen, dashboard, mirrors and driver controls
6 Monthly Cleanliness Routine - Urban
The following is the minimum cleaning specification which all vehicles must undergo on a six-
monthly basis in addition to those tasks to be undertaken daily and weekly:
Clean all CCTV domes/lenses where fitted
Cleaning of TFT monitors with dry cloth
Ceiling and sides cleaning
Wet cleaning of upholstered armchairs.
Cleaning ducts A / C, soffits and light points
Roof cleaning
Cleaning of articulated bellows

Daily Cleanliness Routine – Coach
The following is the minimum cleaning specification which all vehicles must undergo on a daily
basis.
Installation of curtains and seats
Vacuuming / sweeping floors, stairs and cleaning bins
Incident cleaning (vomit, etc.)
WC interior cleaning and scrubbing WC
WC consumables replacement
