Likewise, the machinery and tools (trolley, tool holders and cleaning tools) necessary for the
activity must be in good condition and be regularly maintained to ensure proper operation.
The people responsible for the management of the activity, the external providers that provide the
service, and the cleaners themselves must:
1. Ensure buckets, mops and brushes are in good condition
2. Make sure they have the replacement consumables,
3. Use recommended and approved cleaning products for each task (homologated)
4. Always use cleaning cloths that are in good condition
5. Always wear appropriate PPE for the task
6. Not mix chemicals / cleaning products
A process for reporting defects, repair and/or replacement of cleaning equipment shall be in place.
Designated vehicle cleaning areas:
Vehicles cleaning must be carried out in sites enabled for this. This includes the provision of
appropriate equipment and adequate waste and water disposal areas.

Group companies must provide the necessary safety materials and protective equipment, in
accordance and in compliance with applicable regulations, to be used in accordance with the risks
of the work (user activity) as activity of the work area where they are made and are suitable for
said risks. In all the facilities where the service is performed, the use of approved reflective vests
will be mandatory.
Compliance with legislation
The group companies will be responsible for complying with and enforcing the legal provisions and
internal rules of the Organization relating to Health and Safety (prevention and coordination of
business activities), and all those that are applicable in the development of cleaning activities.
Provision of Insurance
Insurance policies must be arranged to cover the forecast of risks derived from work as accident
damages, with respect to cleaning workers.
