● To mandate the minimum volume and frequency at which vehicle cleanliness should be
undertaken
● To reduce the risk of unsafe practices and conditions through the regular management
checks
● To provide assurance that the vehicle cleaning arrangements are delivered according to
Group requirements and that the requirements themselves are effective and appropriate.
● To define a common approach for measurement and reporting of cleaning to vehicles and
Group company compliance.
● To clarify people, responsibilities, training and competence in relation to maintenance
audits.
