Only A Sinner Saved By Grace???

Sadly, though, Christians sometimes choose

not to take God’s “way of escape”; instead,

they choose to yield to the temptation or

yield to peer pressure, and they choose to

please men and/or satisfy their carnal lusts

and desires rather than please God, thereby

expressing more love for self and for others

than love for God.

But both overt sins and sins of the thought life

have serious and painful consequences.

Galatians 6:7 says, “Be not deceived; God is

not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth,

that shall he also reap.” Although genuinely

born-again Christians will never lose their

salvation, continual and unrepentant sin in a

Christian’s life will not only evoke God’s

chastisement and break fellowship with
